1. How many days it will take for material purchasing:
It will take 2 to 3 days mostly, except weekend time, steel material is very important for the quality performance of custom mold parts and components, so we only buy it from quality distributors like Bohler, ASSAB and etc..
2. What is your MOQ:
We do as per customers’ request, starting from 1 piece mold part to mass production of mold inserts.
3. What is your tolerance control:
For precision custom mold parts and components, we can control tolerance to ±0.005mm for outer contours, ±0.02mm for molding areas.
4. What machines do you have for machining of custom mold parts :
To better serve our non-standard mold parts customers, we have equipped with high speed CNC machines, Sodick EDM machines, Seibu WEDM machines, surface grinding machines and etc. We will fully guarantee the good quality of every single mold part that we manufactured
